This series is applicable for the testing of the spaceflight and aviation products, information electronic instruments and meters, materials, electrical and electronic products, and electronic and electrical components and parts in high-temperature, low-temperature, humid and heat environment.

 

Features

 

l         Material of the frame is SUS304 stainless steel and A3 steel plate sprayed with plastic.

l         Observing window is set on the chamber door.

l         Large-size LCD display screen, simple operation, easy programming.

l         PID auto tuning function with fault information display.

l         With LAN, USB and software communications interface, the optional logger, rechargeable strong.

l         Double-layer high-temperature resistant and high-intensity seal is equipped between the door and the working room to ensure fine heat preservation.

l         High-quality fixable PU moving wheel is adopted on the bottom of the test chamber.

l         A test hole with 25mm, or 50mm or 100mm diameter is set on the left side of the chamber body.

l         Independent heating system, refrigeration system and humidifying system.

l         Heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification system is completely independent to improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, increase life expectancy and reduce the failure rate.

Each section can be grouped and executed in crossing way.

The execution time for each section can be set up between 0-999H plus 59min.

For setting up for each group, it can circulate within 1-999 in part or entirely for option.

In execution, it can selec group circle picture or section execution picture and can know the remaining time for execution.

It has power-off function. After power recovery, it can complete the remained test.

It can selec single-section control or multi-section programmable control.

The screen has backlight time control function and it can adjust the backlight brightness. For executing single-section control, it can change the execution value at will. The memory-type multi-function control has automatic control output functions, such as heating heater and humidifying heater for electromechanical solenoid valve for different groups of refrigerating compressors and so on.
