使用目的：本試劑盒用于測定雞血清、血漿及相關液體樣本分泌型免疫球蛋白A（SIgA）含量。

試驗原理：

SIgA試劑盒是固相夾心法酶聯免疫吸附實驗（ELISA）.已知SIgA濃度的標準品、未知濃度的樣品加入微孔酶標板內進行檢測。先將SIgA和生物素標記的抗體同時溫育。洗滌后，加入親和素標記過的HRP。再經過溫育和洗滌，去除未結合的酶結合物，然后加入底物A、B，和酶結合物同時作用。產生顏色。顏色的深淺和樣品中SIgA的濃度呈比例關系。
